I ordered a size 16 skirt which turned out to be a size 12, poor quality service. Sizes and fittings should be checked before accepting items to your store for sale.

Terrible service. They called me after getting my order wrong to say I had to pay more money for the item as they listed it wrong. So not only do I now have no equipment for the kids games but now have to wait days for my money back.You've lost a customer right from the start.

Diabolical company they lie to customers, ordered an item they said it was lost in transit then out of stock held my money for 9 days before refunding all this was bxllsxit. They did the same to friend who ordered the same item. AVOID blatant lairs.

The delivery arrived very quick, when I realized that they sent one wrong item of the set. I tried to reach them because from Germany it costs more than 4.60 pounds for return. Until now I never got an answer or a reply to my calls. I don't think I ever will. I'm pretty disappointed.

Had to cancel my order due to goods apparently lost in the post, a very disappointed daughter who was expecting this item for her birthday.Safe to say wont be ordering from these again

I have ordered bean bags pack of 4. Each one should be a different colou and we got 2 red bags! The quality of material is very poor as well.

Placed any order with this company through Ebay on March 15th 2021, today is March 26th and still nothing, I contacted them 2 days ago because the tracking number they gave shows the item as dispatched, that was wrong as having checked with Royal Mail and they informed me the tracking number was not used by businesses, I informed them last night and they claim they are sending a replacement for the 'missing' item, I will never try buying from this company again and I would advise others to stay away from them
