Unit 1 Park Works CIC (Indoor Skatepark)

Great fun for the kids. Ramps suitable for all ages. They even have scooters to borrow of you don't have them. My son spent 3 hours here and would have stayed longer. Only down side is that its very cold while sitting in the waiting/viewing area.

Always a good vibe in Unit 1.The staff are mega,We took my son here as a nervous beginner and he was/is looked after by both the staff and the other skaters.There are people of all abilities helping each other,always a great atmosphere, my son loves it.

This place is fantastic. My 7 year old and her friend have been having lessons here for 2 years. Dedicated and motivated staff. Friendly atmosphere and accepting of all levels. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant place, spent 4 hrs here today and the kids were loving it. Staff were amazing with any issues we had. They didn't mind coming and swapping helmets constantly for my autisic daughter to make her feel more comfortable.

Great little indoor park, lots of obstacles to go at, good for all levels of ability. Great value for money

Good value, friendly and helpful staff, lots of different ramps and also seating and a tuck shop with hot and cold food. Ladies night Wednesday evening. Also do lessons and parties. Parking available roadside evenings and Sundays but also a car park on Regent Road too. Fab place!

I have been going to unit 1 now for two years. It's taken me some time to build up the confidence to have a skate lesson.And we'll.... What can I say apart from WOW!!No messing about just straight to it with friendly staff and plenty of support. I had a lesson with Ash who played a huge part in physically building the park, which helps as he knows the ramps better than any one could !.I paid £20 for an hour lesson and had full access to the park , helmet, knee pads, elbow pads and wrist guards. This price also includes a board if you don't have one!I honestly can not recommend this place enough. Amazing staff , ramps for all abilities and a good vibe !Thank you Ash , SI and Jess for just making this place feel like home ! ❤️

I had my sons 9th birthday party here and it was fab. Everyone had said what a fab party it was and all the boys had an amazing time. Scooter and safety equipment hire included, food and cake included and lovely decorated area. Couldn’t ask for more at a very reasonable price too. Thanks Unit1 :)

My Son attended a birthday party hosted here, he (and myself) had a blast,The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was great.
