Ascona Gorslas Service Station
Filled 2 cars yesterday with diesel and within half an hours both cars were showing symptoms of bad fuel possibly bad water contamination. Had to drive to London with a struggle. Filled car with Vpower diesel at the next available garage and car start showing signs of improvement but this morning situation is the same for both cars, both engines not running properly possible due to water on the bottom of the tank.Not happy at all. With I would be closer to the garage I would go back and wouldn't leva the garage untill they called service and emptied the tank for me and filled with a good fuel.

Came here to send some parcels via Hermes. The young lad was very inpatient and huffed. He threw my parcels on to the counter in a mood.

Ascona Gorslas Service Station
One particular staff members is always absolutely miserable and rude. How dare we pick up a parcel from a pick up point.Her name is Llinos. Made us wait over 15 minutes whilst customers came in and out as she didn’t want to look for our parcel and refused to do it at the same time we were paying for fuel. She needs customer service training.

Well presented fuel filling station with an extensive selection of food, drink and confectionery. The shop was clean and well merchandised with welcoming helpful staff. Prices for fuel and shop products are competitive with other local filling stations.

I have shopped, bought petrol and sent off parcels via hermes here for years and have never had any issue. All staff are very polite, friendly and professional. Always served with a smile and chat. Good choice of foods drinks and household items, Would recommend this service station highly.
