Nally Hand Car wash

Excellent service. Car is looking amazing had a mini valet and it has made it look like a new car again.

Had a mini valet £40. Good but only as good as others who charge half the price so I won't be going again. I expected better for £40, there were still areas that needed hoovering. No receipts given as others have said. I think these used to be much better.

Best car wash I’ve ever had and for the same price

Overall good clean.Audi A1 being charged as a medium sized car - extremely questionable. I paid £10 for the outside only (not including polish). In London I get inside and out for £10. Wish them the best of luck, but not for me anymore.

My muddy car - used a lot on a farm track always come away in showroom condition inside and out. Great work, great prices

Prices have gradually increased and quality gradually decreased. Door shuts not cleaned properly and vehicle generally not dried very well. Disappointed as I used to go here fairly regularly.

Used to be good, used to get inside and out for £15... went today and they wanted to charge me £30.... and the owner told me to F off.... absolute rip off and disgrace.Update in response to the owner: when I said I used to go there for £15 it was only 2018... so for prices to double in under a year... my car was as dirty as it was then.Also my car had a mot 3 months ago and new tires a week ago and full service a month ago, I look after my car.Also do not lie, your words were “ if you were in my shoes you would tell me to f*** off”. Which is very disrespectful to say to a returning customer.

Car wasn't dried properly so was covered in streaks when I got home. Considering the higher price of £10 for an outside wash it's frustrating. Staff could have been more friendly too.

I have used this place happily for at least 2 years, £20 wash and vacuum, Today i turned up. Asked for the same, only to be told with a smirk that it would be more than £20, so i left it and they all sat back down, Went to Taverham Garden centre one and they done car for £17 and were pleased when i gave them £20
