It is a true pity that the shop has been sold to this new guys.The previous owners used to be great in prices, service and quality. That's why this new people are trying to advertise the shop everywhere. However, without a good service, fair prices and honesty, it won't result, even by using fake reviews.

What a great shop. I needed to get a battery replaced in a watch that my wife needed to specifically use for a booked event. Unfortunately, it was a last minute thing. I went to a jewelry shop....'sorry, we have to send that away'....I went to another high street key and shoe place that had a sign on the door..'sorry..closed for lunch'. Having resigned myself to failure, I suddenly remembered this place.One cannot meet a nicer bunch. Nothing was too much trouble, so friendly and advised they can do it and to come back in about 15 minutes. One coffee later, I returned to collect it and it was done exactly as promised, time, date all set for me as well. It just goes to show how these higher end chains don't really care about the needs of customers where this place absolutely does.Thank you so much. If I need anything else in the future, this will be my FIRST stop!

Amazing smile on all the workers faces and will welcome you into the shop with all the respect you could ever ask in a shop. I had my keys cut in a matter of minutes with low cost too!!! Very much appreciated and definitely coming back.Also thank you very much for the two young men that are handing leaflets without them I would have never experienced such good service and great work from cobblers keys and locks.Thank you so much.

Terrible job and abusive advertising practice by sticking leaflets to all vehicles parking inside the Sovereign Centre. We went to cut a simple key and found new owners, who were really rude, didn't do the job properly and tried to overcharge me from what they told me it would be when the job was instructed. I am so disappointed with the new management (owners). I will never use their services again.

I cannot stress enough how lovely the service is in that shop. I have lived in Bournemouth for 24 years and still cobblers keys and locks are on top and crushing other rude and dry shops in the shopping centre. I 100% recommend anyone who wants any keys, watches, shoes and lots of other stuff fixed to go there. Thank you so much.

I have a watch which is very special to me that had stopped working. One of the posh jewelers in Bournemouth said they couldn't fix it. A man at Cobblers Keys called Glenn fixed it in 5 minutes. Absolutely wonderful service. THANK YOU GLENN
