Everything was clearly explained throughout the whole fit, they went the extra mile to also future proof any potential plumbing problems and left my property clean and tidy on completion. Ashley quoted for a replacement boiler for my parents. He was very professional in giving honest advice and different options to resolve the issue. Top quality service provided with impeccable knowledge and skills. Ashleys engineer Dan did the installation and my parents were very pleased with the engineer’s work ethos and ability in undertaking the job, also how clean and tidy he was. They were very happy with pre-installation process, with explanations provided. They've not used heating system yet, but hot water system is working well. Overall they were extremely happy with the job and service provided.

Hale Heating have been to my property in the past for Landlords safety certificates etc.So when they came them to give me a free quote for a new Boiler with 10yr warranty. Ashley found a MAJOR Gas Leak that would have had Fatal consequences if undetected any longer.He located the leak to the exact same area where Welsh Water had previously dug in March ‘23 when carrying out a water leak in my backyard (which they deny any responsibility). He made the area safe and attended an emergency, on-site evening meeting on behalf, with all relevant Services concerned. In my support Ashley supplied me with a Video a full report of his findings and knowledge. We are awaiting the outcome and I can’t thank thank Ashley enough for his ongoing concern and advice.In the meantime his team worked hard to rectify their findings. The new efficient Boiler is working well with literally instant hot water at last! They done a great job, no mess and finished to schedule.What makes Hale Heating stand out above the rest is they have the qualities of the the ‘traditional tradesmen’, very rarely seen these days. They are fast, efficient, friendly and they genuinely care about their customers. Also, they turn up when they say they will!

Ashley Hale is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable - he visited to check over my boiler and CH system, and we talked through all the options open to me. I was very happy to accept his recommendations and put myself entirely in Hale Heating's hands with regards the choice, supply & fitting of a new boiler and refresh of my CH system.Justin turned up on time to carry out the work which he completed expertly in double quick time - even finding and repairing a couple of little problems I didn't know about for no extra cost.I was pleasantly surprised when he arrived back on my doorstep 3 days later to carry out some cosmetic work in my kitchen to box in some exposed pipes - not Hale's responsibility nor part of the job - just excellent old-fashioned customer care.I now have a 10 year warranty as part of the deal, and also an annual maintenance contract. I'm hoping I never have to use the 24 emergency on call service - but I'm very reassured that it's there and know it will be executed to the same high standards as already experienced.Absolutely top marks for this company - I cannot rate them highly enough.

Ashley has been so helpful and professional. We had multiple issues with our boiler and Ashley gave us the options for repairs and replacement. We decided to go for a new boiler. Ashley managed to book us in, in less than 2 weeks and arranged everything from delivery of all of the required parts and the warranty. We would recommend to anyone needing heating, plumbing or boiler services.

From the initial contact to fitting of our new boiler the service and installation was great . 10;year warranty and ongoing support is great. Daniel the fitter was really good and very professional.

We had a boiler replacement done today, very impressed with the whole process. The initial consultation was much easier than I anticipated. Ashley was knowledgeable, listened to my needs and budget and also answered all my questions patiently. Today Justin installed the new boiler. He was very efficient and worked in a clean and tidy manner. I dreaded the idea of getting a new boiler but these guys have changed my mind, would use again and highly recommend.

Replaced expansion vessel in boiler and replaced kitchen sink taps. Ashley is very professional and courteous. Plumber that carried out the work was very good and friendly.Unfortunately there was a small mishap with a valve on the expansion vessel which was damaged. Ashley came asap and as the part couldn’t be sourced till the next morning I received a free service and some extra work (through valves replaced with pipe due to leak) free of charge. Plumber was prompt the next morning and very apologetic as was Ashley. Very good service. Highly recommend.
