I decided to go electric, due to problems with legs, back in February 2020 by going for the crank drive conversion with 17Ah battery. Woosh did the conversion on my Decathlon BT540 full suspension mountain bike. Best decision I ever made. Have just clocked up 1300 miles. Fully recommend Woosh who helped no end. Will probably go back for another conversion kit.

I was highly impressed with service of the company and the quality of the bike and electrics. My bike mechanic who converts and services Bromptons was also impressed with the electrics. A jolly good buy.

Built my own ebike from a kit from Woosh 5 years ago, and it's been absolutely brilliant, gave me back my love of cycling after almost being forced to give up due to bad joints. The battery was starting to show its age, but a quick email to Woosh and a new battery was purchased, which arrived within 24 hours, and slotted straight into the old holder. Bike back to its former glory, and one very happy rider here!

Had a rio6 fat boy for about 6 months. With 17ah battery. What a machine. Love riding it. Always get good comments from people. Can comfortably get 30miles on full charge on max assistance. Considering buying extra battery. Just so I can ride even further. I've had surgery on knees years ago and this has helped me rediscover cycling all over again....

I bought a Santana3 for my wife, ordering and paying for it over the phone was great, Hatti was also very helpful.The bike looks great and goes up hills like a rocket, my wife loves it, we had one slight concern with the changing speed for assistance for different levels, I spoke to Andy and he kindly sent a reprogrammed controller for us to try which made a great bike perfect for us.A great bike with superb after sales which I’d highly recommend.

Absolutely highly recommend. Andy is extremely helpful in choosing the right kit and advice on issues that you may encounter and how to deal with them. Kit ordered and arrived the next day and all fitted the day after. Way better than ordering off amazon/eBay.

Bit of a mixed experience with Wooshbikes in getting an ebike conversion kit on the cycle to work scheme.Overall, Woosh bikes have been extremely helpful and communicative and put in a lot of effort to help make sure a kit is suitable for the bike and all the right components are chosen. I've been really impressed with the communication.However, despite providing all the information and photos requested, I was supplied with a kit with a rim width not suitable for the tyre clearance on the bike as well as no way of mounting the pedal sensor magnet ring to the chainring. This has left me having to design and make my own mounting solution and possibly having to buy a new rim and have this laced onto the motor hub.The kit supplied was excellent and easy to fit, although the instructions are extremely limited and I wouldn't recommend unless you're very comfortable with bike mechanics.

Truly very good service and highly recommended, superb aftercare, happy to resolve minor Tech issues and respond the same day. I bought a 48V SWX02 Hub Kit and its superb quality and was well packed and included everything. My eMTB is a joy to ride and demolishes hills.

Great bikes from this company. Love my santana petite. Makes cycling enjoyable again, hills and wind no problem anymore!! Very good range from battery, nice to have that bit of help when I'm flagging. Can't recommend woosh bikes enough. Get one :)
