Everyone is really friendly, doctors have always taken me seriously and been very helpful with my needs. Reception staff friendly and try to get appointments for you when possible.Sometime there’s a long wait queue but that’s too be expected with the funding cuts of the NHS. If you call on the day at 8am you can normally get an appointment which is great.

Absolutely incredibly hard to get through reception. No matter what time you ring they never have appointments and direct you to e-consultation. E-consultations are full within 2 hours of opening for rest of the day. Took 2 weeks get started treatment. Requested medical notes and they have now lost my payment. Can't wait to change surgery after I sort this medical note. Beyond incompetence. Only because it's student surgery based in university it doesn't mean surgery should fall below basic standards of care!

Absolutely terrible doctors here. They blatantly ignore what you are saying and run the most routine blood test when your symptoms don't even call for it. They agreed that I have a condition that the NHS provide services to treat and then say but do you really want to get a diagnosis because they can't do much for you anyway. So not only do they not care but they don't know what services the NHS offer.

I wish I Could give -5 stars to you guys the service is disgusting, I am suffering from cough for more than 5 weeks and for the X-rays to be done I need to see a doctor but I tried to call them everyday for a week, no appointment. The receptionist says call at 8, trying to call at 8 but the call hangs up saying line is too busy until 9’o clock. Explained the emergency to them but they do not care the attitude is like even if you die we don’t care. Today I made my whole family call and same issue is again the line is too busy, when I explained the issue again it’s same answer again that keep trying one day you will get through the line… like seriously please just put a note for popes to not contact you because you will not give any appointment anyway. More mental stress they give on top of your problems.

On the off chance you manage to get through to them to make a phone appointment, don't expect the doctor to actually call you. And on the off chance they do remember your appointment, don't expect them to listen to a word you're saying.

The staff are very nice and helpful from my experience, however the surgery suffers from one major problem - the phone queue system is broken. It can be a bit of a lottery trying to get an appointment just because getting through by phone is very difficult.I have tried phoning up at 8am before but to never get through and get told by the automated voice to try again in half an hour, which continues on all morning.I'd say if you do have any urgent queries and can't get through then do try calling 111. They've helped me before with getting emergency prescriptions, etc, when I've been unable to get through to the practice.

Receptionists don't have a shred of human decency takes nothing to be kind they have no understanding and are so rude every single time I dread having to call up. They have on multiple occasions declined my repeat prescription due to needing it to be checked by a doctor because of the period of time I've been on it which I would understand but why do they wait till I'm filling the persciption to tell me so I'm having to go days without medication waiting for a appointment for it to be approved anyway. No organisation. No care for students would not recommend.

If you phone at the times they tell you (8 and 1:30), you can't get through. The automated voice says call back later. And when you finally get through, they say you have to phone at those times to get an appointment, but you did and have just been on hold for like half an hour. Getting an appointment is annoying and stressful. You can spend an hour trying to get through just to be told to phone back later. The telephone system has a serious problem that needs to be fixed.

If you have a mental illness DO NOT register with this practice. They make everything as difficult as possible for you and could not be more uncaring, insensitive and unhelpful if they tried. They also refuse to sign off prescriptions which your psychiatrist has specifically recommended and are happy to leave you without your medication when you finally run out, which is incredibly dangerous to do. They are a nightmare to get hold of and they will not refer you anywhere to get further help. The WORST doctors I have ever come across. After phone conversations with the doctors you end up being more suicidal than you first were.
