I came to this shop on Friday 11th November at 11.15. I am having a really bad time with cancer it’s a struggle, I was giving a card by the hospital explaining that I need to urgently use a toilet this I show to the staff of a shop and they let me use the toilet I need to carry this card with me at all times I’m out. I have never ever been refused to use a toilet. I asked the lady of this shop if I could use the toilet. She flatly refused and was rude with it. She said “my husband has cancer” sort of a matter of fact it was trivial She said you can use the toilet in the market so I tried but did not make it I wet myself and was really embarrass. The only shop I have ever been refused is a cancer shop.
