St John's Cemetery

Pleasant shortcut greenspace between Kings Street and Grafton Road. Pillared and stepped entrance is just behind The Crown Hotel and opposite Longton Train Station.Used to be the cemetery to St John's Church which was knocked down in 1976.Only one farely mahoosive obelisk monument remains near the Grafton Road entrance. Dedicated to 2 families that were buried here in the victorian era.
