I have been a customer for quite a while, any advice is given straight away with just a phone call, only ever had one problem with an incorrect engine oil filter and replacement was offered straight away. As it was needed asap (that day) I bought oem, but was refunded immediately and now know the correct replacement. The website can be used for cross referencing and ordering is easy.Many thanksDerek J Jones.

I ordered parts listed as in stock but was emailed and told the parts weren't in stock after all, and that they weren't willing to send the parts that were in stock without paying extra postage. Very disappointed

Don’t expect to get what order - the will send you whatever they got on their shelves. Tricked out of a refund.

I'm a new customer in fairness, i ordered a couple of items earlier in the year but decided to order all my filters in one go this time. Can't really fault these guys and so will use them again.

Very helpful and friendly. Could have sold us lots of things we didn't need, but just gave us advice to fix the issue. Definitely recommend.

Placed an order, incorrect part sent over two weeks later. Was told this was an equivalent part. However datasheets showed this not to be the case. Was refused full refund, and was refused collection for refund. Left out of pocket and very unhappy customer. Will be sourcing parts elsewhere at my loss. Previous reviewer had similar experience.

Great staff,fair prices and quick delivery

Really poor customer service. Order placed fine, didn't seem to bother to process for 3 days, then out of stock and an email sent.I had to phone to find out the situation. No attempt to keep a new customer who spends nearly £2,500 a year on filters.Wow, just wow.Original message above. Facts in response below.FACT. To be fair, I didn't put anything in the order about urgency... I'd phoned the advice line to do that... Nothing was said about them being out of stock...FACT. Either you didn't process the order for 3 days or didn't feel it necessary to let a customer know until the latest day I should have expected delivery...FACT. Your emails dropped into of junk folder, and I didn't pick it up until this morning. Plus the fact you had my phone number which even you're adviser this morning said should have been called, even going so far as stating he would have a word with the guy who sent the email...FACT. Your competition who I've changed the order to did call within 10 minutes to say they hadn't got them in stock and would delivery Fri instead of Wed inconvenience me, and removed the delivery cost even though I said it didn't... Now that's customer service.FACT. I specifically stated new customer. I run a diesel polishing business and can prove spend on filters, I decided to switch as In-Line Filters were marginally cheaper... I now know why...FYI, people generally don't like being called liars.FINAL FACT. The attitude to complaints in these reviews shows exactly what you think of your customers. For example I wouldn't normally layout in this confrontational manner, I'm following your lead in how you respond.I wish you all the best in running your business in the manner you choose but its certainly not how I would choose to.

I had a rare manufacturing defect on a filter, but this was replaced quickly without charge when I contacted inline filters - good service, sadly lacking elsewhere it seems!
