Very poor customer service, Rotary watch repair and service. Not recommended.Following erroneous owner response below;- No the Rotary Havana automatic watch was less than 2 years old ,with no previous repairs! NOT 50 years old with previous repairs as you state in response!!Additionally, you stated in your shop, when I returned to ask for you to check your repair, that nothing wrong with watch or your repair and thatyou are not using the watch correctly"! Took item for alteration and jokingly asked for receipt I was leaving it. On return granted only 30 minutes later the gentleman said he wasn't going to alter it as he was offended by my comment. But had out of respect for my husband he had. I apologised several times. I don't know why. He said the item was only worth £20. I was offended it was a gift and definitely worth more.This person was very rude and produced a plastic bag of gold watches he said people had left without receipt. Still being rude and disrespectful. If this was how he treated other people goods all bagged together I certainly wouldn't leave mine.

I took my ring in for a repair- 3 small diamonds were missing. Poor quality repairs and low quality diamonds used as replacements. Extremely rude and aggressive man. Refund was given when I wasn’t happy with the standard however they then took out 3 different diamonds causing further damage. Do not trust this jewellers.

Jeweller delayed shop closure and sacrificed personal time to make one more customer happy

I went in to get my engagement ring re sized and the service is above and beyond. They managed to sort my ring out in an hour as it was my birthday and I could wear it whilst I was away! Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend!

I went to get a gold chain resized and the service was fantastic, very quick, very reasonably priced and no messing about. I've been in previously to look at a few things and they have always been very friendly and informative. I can't fault this jeweller at all. I'll definitely be returning. Thankyou!
