Always a pleasure speaking to the proprietor Simon or his (very helpful) daughter. Simon is highly skilled in IT and there has never been a problem he hasn't been able to solve/fix. His prices are very reasonable and he's always very professional and courteous.

I am always having issues with my laptop, these guys are on the case, quick, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

I had a probably with my Panasonic TV that nobody else could resolve - I took it to Ellison and they were able to resolve the issue in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner. In all my dealing with them they we professional to the nth degree and very understand - I cannot praise the service highly enough. I would strongly recommend I.T Services to anybody. They fixed two televisions for me within 24 hours and once finding out one of them was used for my 10 year olds Xbox Jenny provided us with a replacement loan tv with the words “ no little boy can live without his Xbox for more than a day “The price was very reasonable bearing in mind I had no idea what was wrong with both sets. ( they could have told me i needed a new flux capacitor and i would have believed them ) they also replace a hanging bracket for me free of charge.All in all a very pleasurable experience with excellent service skills.
