The Best fishing shop so far I ever visited in the UK. Lot of stock, and helpful staff. Jimmy was friendly and help me to find the best fishing rod and reel for myself! Excellent service thanks guys. Highly recommend this place for any anglers. :)

Everything set out great. And helpful staff, a discount card for £5 great too. Soon make that back. Offers too. On tackle thats been out awhile. And baits. Smartly set out shop.

3rd time I've gone into get maggots with no luck, this mornings excuse was they were in the back of store but couldn't get them because it needed 2 people to be there.I ended up at Angling Direct where I got maggots plus spent £70 on other gear. Best go to Angling Direct first now I think .

I called up to simply check to see whether they had an item in stock and Merv went to check the item while I stayed on the line.Merv was also kind enough to put the item aside for me as I was going to visit the store later that day.Fantastic customer service and excellent stock!

Only been here twice now at the time of writing this and found them out of nessecity after doing a Google search due to my one and only local fishing tackle shop closing down, but wish I had found FR at MK sooner.They offer a really good selection of products and brands, prices are good although they could be better in my opinion on terminal tackle which is what I need to restock up on regularly. This is the same though for all tackle shops who seem to mark up the essentials.That said, on the more considered products and choices for bigger ticket items I can't fault them on prices or selection available.Staff are really friendly and knowledgeable leaving you alone to browse but also there to step in when you have a query and also know their stock and where in the store to find it, this is something that in my experience I have found lacking in other retailers who just push what they have or know without alternative options on prices or products.I am giving just 4 stars for now as only used them twice, but know I will be back again so could be a 5 star very soon!PS it's good to have an online retailer that actually has stores as well as i like to see what I am buying.

I ordered a rod and reel along with a couple of other things, I received everything apart from the rod . I contacted customer services and they assured me that it was all sent at the same time , all in 1 delivery and 1 box .... when I disputed that the lady said that it will be passed to the investigation team . I will wait and see what the outcome of that is but at the moment I definitely would not recommend using this company . Charging hard working people for items and simply not delivering the items and then acting like its the couriers fault. I will leave another fair review once this has been resolved

It's ok but they treat everybody as potential thief's and it doesn't make you feel like a valid customer.

Good selection and nice staff

Popped into store today in Milton Keynes.What a joke. Helpful staff must of been on holiday. Couldn't find what we wanted. No staff on shop floor. Wanted 12metre bait pole. Fishing reels and line. Came away disappointed with the shop and no purchases. Got loss going else where.
