VERY rude staff in Swindon’s branch. I wanted to photocopy my certificates as a healthcare professional and I asked them politely to take care while dealing with the original copies. However, one of my original certificates was damaged despite what I told the staff.

Terrible service in Swindon, biometric photos were completely the wrong size and colouring.When I got to London to the embassy I had to go to one of their other branches to get another set and they were fantastic.Fingers crossed I will get a refund.

Quality of the copies isn't the best and not very friendly.They do the job but if you need top quality printing, I recommend to go somewhere else.

I was served by Lauren, who understood the technology needed and completed the job efficiently and with speed, whilst attending to other customers.
