A busy town centre car park run by Allerdale council. £1.30 for the first hour - refundable at Sainsbury's when you spend £10 in store.Cash or card payment at the machinesThe parking warden will ticket you if you over stay your welcome or park out of the marked bays!

Small council run car park, cash or card only, no App payments, which is a bit behind the times. Used it while shopping in Sainsburys at a cost of £1.40 for an hour which can be used against shopping in the store of £10 and over in one transaction.I don’t like paying for parking when shopping and as the car park is somewhat cramped I wouldn’t recommend it.
