Pilates & Beyond Studio
For somebody who rarely gets hooked on exercise, I can’t recommend this enough! I work at a computer all day and can honestly say this is the best form of exercise you can do. Sarah is an amazing instructor and I love every class at her studio!

Pilates & Beyond Studio
Upon moving to Darlington in May 2021 I was delighted to find Sarah & her Pilates Studio. As an event horse rider I like to keep fit but I also work (predominately on Zoom these days) and so I struggle with maintaining my flexibility. Sarah has helped with that no end. The tuition has been exceptional and the craic has been mighty. I could not recommend Pilates & Beyond highly enough.

I really enjoy classes at Pilates and Beyond Studio. The instructors (especially Sarah) always explain very clearly what we are doing and why, explain impacts of certain things on our bodies. You can clearly see they are passionate about what they do, care about the clients and their goals and the results are amazing: I started classes just few months ago and can feel the progress and improvement in my body already!

I have attended classes at Pilates and Beyond for over three years now, since hurting my back. I love the classes, feeling that each corrects me for the coming week. Sarah is always very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!!
