Very very disappointing, was asked to order the parts needed ourselves, the part that they managed to order wasn’t able to be fitted as they didn’t order the connecting cable. Parts arrived rang to book car in ,but been told no appointments for 4 weeks so giving me another garage number to ring. I’m so angry, no apology, we have been waiting over two weeks and have spent money on parts but now have no one to fit them ( we don’t even know if they are the right ones ) It had been a very frustrating experience I’m so angry.

FGM fitted me in straight after the new year after having the engine light come on. A local garage told me there was nothing they could do when I phoned them as they were the only garage open at the time and advised that I go back to the dealer who quoted me over £176 just to look at the problem. FGM plugged in a machine for a fraction of the cost and then updated me with potential causes and the price for parts before continuing with the work after I agreed. When my car was ready to collect they did not even need to replace the part so fixed the issue with no part replacement cost and very minimal labour costs. Exceptional service and have used a couple of times now and it's never fallen short of excellent service with speedy results. Will use again and recommend as have done already.

Can't fault the service from them, sorted my husbands van so quickly now doing work on my car. They were able to fit an appointment when I didn't need to go anywhere- brilliant

Booked car in Friday with vague description of what could be a problem with wheel. Was booked in for following Monday. Car was collected from my home (helps driver to identify problem). Delivered back home to me by midday. Not a huge bill either. Really recommend these guys. Same good service as used to be given by A & J Motors the previous owners.

Booked in to have brakes and discs changed on a Range Rover. All done within 4 hours of dropping vehicle off. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
