Royal Mail Antrim Delivery Office

Would highly recommend changing your opening times online.i can't get anyone on the phone and have called to the depot twice now regarding royal mail bags that I have been needing for a week now. This is now effected costumer service were I am employed, as costumers are still waiting on their parts being dispatched.

Still waiting on a parcel sent a month ago sent an email and 6 days later got a reply saying sorry we can't help when my item says it's in the delivery office

Great call centre staff, couldn't do enough for me as I had to redirect my deliveries as my neighbour opposite was stealing them. So only out of pocket about £170. It would of been well over another £300 if I didn't get the help from the Royal Mail and my first grandchild thanks them too as he has most of the stuff I ordered him. Big Thank You for your extremely helpful employees!! ❤️

Phone number doesn't connect and they have my parcel in their office for over a week now. It was scheduled for re-delivery... not a great experience :(

ordered a package on Amazon and royal mail where going to deliver it which was fine, so when the van came to my home they decided to not deliver the package and instead take it back to the Antrim delivery office. this was also fine ( but I still don't understand why they didn't just deliver it.) I was told it was ready for collection at 3pm but the delivery office was next open at 4pm so I went then. when I arrived they told me they didn't have it and that it must still be in a van doing its rounds. this was also fine but yet again why say its ready for collection if it is in fact not, I decided to go back home and wait till tomorrow to see if anything changed but I was surprised to fined that instead of them holding onto my package they instead decided to send my package to Edinburgh at 3:30am... ok... slightly confused now, they didn't have the package at 4pm and instead of holding onto it for a day to allow me time to pick it up they decided to ship it to Scotland.

I had a parcel collected and got a text 3 hours later to say they hadn't picked it up. I queried it and the staff member gave information which was consistently wrong and rudely delivered. Advised o call tomorrow at 8am

Three times I've been up and they still can't find my package, went up today to collect another package at 1600 to be told the times have changed but on there website it still says open to 1900hrs, absolutely disgusting.
