Muse Hair

Unfortunately not entirely happy with the haircut. What I got is not close enough to what I asked for, and although initially I was given the impression that it would look different once I wash and dry the hair myself, unfortunately it is still not what I hoped for. I think the lady cutting my hair was trying to keep more volume by doing fewer layers, but the effect looks quite different than the picture I showed of an earlier haircut (on my own hair).The nice thing was though that the hairdresser was very gentle with the blow dry. Sometimes people can pull really hard so it was really nice to experience something different. Also the chairs for washing the hair were a lot more comfortable than what one normally comes across which was great.I would be willing to give Muse another chance as it’s local to me and more convenient than the hairdresser I’m usually travelling to, but not sure what to do for the communication to work better next time.

Always a pleasure to come into muse , staff always very polite . And Scott what can I say about you , loveliest guy always listens to what I want , except when I ask him to shave my hair off x

I can't say enough good things about my appointment with Devon. She made me feel very comfortable and listened to my explanation of what I was trying to achieve with my hair, and the resulting cut was excellent. I have already booked my next appointment and I very much look forward to continuing as her client.

Scott and his team are great. My first appointment didn't go quite as planned but the after care service I got was great and now have hair I love to show off.

I have had my hair done by various high end saloons and wasted a lot of money to come back home in tears.It’s the first time in many years that I’ve finally found a stylist who actually knows how to color my hair. I had my hair done by Eden. She is very patient and meticulous with her styling and her attention to detail is what makes the hair look so beautiful in the end.Absolutely brilliant and worth it. Fabulous haircut. I booked at the last minute and was so pleased with it. Taylor did a great job; she 'got' exactly what I was after and I left the salon feeling - and possibly looking, too! - a million dollars. Really super.

I’m from the United States and have been traveling overseas for 4 months. I needed a haircut and full head of blonde highlights. I saw Eden and she did an amazing job. She really listened to what I wanted and took great care of my hair.
