I've had pets all my life, you get used to the vets that genuinely care for your pet and those that are there for a wage. Julian, the Vet really takes his time with your pet, he talks to them and cuddles them and makes them feel at ease. Julian doesn't worry about time, he takes the time you need to answer any questions you may have, or to explain procedures to you for example. You can tell he's a real animal lover, and a very conscientious Vet!The Vet nurses he has are also great! They really look after your animal and tell you about their day and how they've recovered from an Op!I'm really impressed with this practice with how caring they are and so I'm totally confident in their work, I highly recommend!Kind regards,Emma Bittel(Kizzie's Mum!)

I took my dog to this vet saw him once and changed vets, he was cold uncaring and treated my dog like just another piece of meat on a slab, my dog my best friend deserve better than that, when I was struggling with what he was telling me I asked for my partner to come in, his answer was I would rather have explained to him in the first place. If I had taken my dog to Oxford house vets instead she might have had a chance of surviving cancer

I would highly recommend Valued Pets! I contacted them today because my cat was limping and the vet he is registered with couldn't see him. Despite being unbelievably busy, they appreciate he needed to be seen and gave us an appointment within an hour. I got there and they were dealing with a massive emergency which involved ringing numerous veterinary hospitals. Despite the strain they were under they were so friendly and professional. Julian the vet was so caring and gentle with my cat and explained his injury thoroughly to me. He checked him through also. The lady on reception was also very attentive and knowledgeable despite having a busy waiting room and trying to source external medical support for a poor dog with 2 very sever injuries. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Absolutely amazing. The ladies at reception were wonderful and the vetenerian was just so caring and absolutely the best I have ever been too. Would absolutely 100% recommend to anyone.

Valued pets is the best veterinary practice we have ever been to, from the ease of booking an appointment with the lovely front desk and nurses to the professionalism from the vet himself. We had a very poorly sick dog who sadly got put to sleep. The vet made our dog Scruffy feel so comfortable and relaxed in his last moments and we can not thank him enough. His knowledge, confidence and calm demeanour made us all feel comfortable and in safe hands. Thank you so much for all you had done for us in the short time we had been with you.

I'm not one for reviews but they earned this one. Everyone who works here is amazing. The vet is highly skilled and the care given is second to none. Twice in a month, at very short notice, they've seen my dog in an emergency and one of those times they saved her life. I couldn't recommend them more. They're great. I was quite upset when I arrived at the vets as I have been unable to groom my dog for several weeks and his hair was getting quite long and knotty. The vet and his assistant persevered with him and managed to shave him amazingly. They had so much patience with him and made me very happy, the vet has even explained how we are going to move forward with him. This was our first visit to this vet and I'm so glad I chose them, highly recommended.

I have 7 dogs 2 cats here. The reception staff are lovely and nurses are great with the animals. The practice is full of empathy. I know my animals are safe here. The vet is always kind and great with my dogs. Offers great advice. Alot of vets just want the money but this vets is def about the animals wellbeing. Thank you for keeping my pets safe. Def recommend.
