Not particularly impressed. Not good customer service. Avoid

This place is absolutely disgraceful! Me and my sister in law went in for a browse as we were just curious as to what she sells(customer's prerogative right?). We were meet by a incredibly rude and obnoxious lady who instantly said to us 'don't waste my time if you are not going to buy.... Am busy in the back' in fact she then repeated herself to say i will only show you if you are going to buy otherwise dont waste my time. Completely shocked at her behaviour! I have no idea if this has to do anything with the fact we were pakistan! Avoid this place such a unpleasant experience!!!! Shock shock horror horror

A wide range of jewellery and clothing designs as well as deity statues. I would highly recommend Anthoorium due to the excellent service and good value for money.

Avoid these people at all costsAwful women who works there. Went to get some jewelry cleaned and was told it would be cleaned in 3 day for a fixed price. After two weeks of being told we can't collect it we turned up and demand it back and it was cleaned but the box was missing and she demand we paid a higher price as the initial cost was a quote (we even had the invoice).

Travelled an hour to buy some jewellery today, when we arrived (3pm) the shop owner refused to open the shop for us despite the fact he was standing in the window fixing the display. We pointed to jewellery to let him know that’s what we wanted and he refused again and said to come back tomorrow. Not sure how this shop even makes money but the customer service is extremely poor.
