My Mother in law attended Hear Pure in Heswall yesterday and was extremely nervous. In her words to my husband, she was greeted by the most amazing, warm and friendly lady who immediately put her at ease. Recently visited Hear Pure Heswall and was given an emergency appointment immediately due to ear wax from a recent ear infection and due to flying soon. From the minute I walked in I received a warm welcome and was put at ease. Jill talked me through the procedure, reassured me and answered all questions. I didn’t feel any pain with the micro suction and was given clear instructions for the after care. I feel £65 is a reasonable price for the service I received and was in and out within 20mins. I was worried about having ear wax removal as it is many years since I had the procedure. I don't know why I worried 10 minutes later I felt so much better no pressure or itchiness.Thank you Gill. I will have it done at least once a year from now.

I have been coming here for a good number of years now. Never had any issues. Warm friendly staff who make you feel comfortable and at ease. I have tried both methods of ear wax removal and personally recommend the water irrigation, but both are quick and painless. I always feel great afterwards and drive home happy my hearing has returned. Thanks ladies.
