Great service and a nice range of styles and sizes

Prices are great, you can’t complain about this. But, but, but once order is placed it is nightmare. I paid extra for next day delivery pre-noon. Because I never received email with “your items have been dispatched” etc, I knew it is bad sign. So I called next day morning to be told they will give a call to deliver company and then to me. Waited 2hrs. Nothing, so I called again and was told, sorry bla bla, Yodel just replied to our email, bla bla (they said will call them), my items went to wrong depot (Yodel) bla bla, and will be delivered later, but no one could tell me how late. I got tracking no from Figleave support team and I contacted their delivery company - YODEL. Nightmare. Only chat no phone option. I was disconnected twice, finaly was told it might be delivered next day (day after it supposed to be delivered) but thay cannot tell me when. So basically I wasted half a day waiting for delivery that never happened, no one bothered to sent email, call or contact me on any other way. No one could tell when next day I could expect delivery..... so I cancelled order. Sorry will not use Figleaves until deliveries are sorted. By the way, YODEL is on the top of 3 worst delivery service (!!! Checked it !!!) for last few years (!!!).....just a hint where is problem

I ordered because of the reviews and now I’m speechless. I have struggled to find a true to size company for bigger chested women in suits and bras. Still looking apparently!The tops were so small with no adjustment option that I couldn’t even get in it. It had the circumference made for a small child. I ordered DDD which came as an E like explained on the site and am shocked that this is even considered that. I followed the size chart on the website.The bottoms that I ordered DID fit so those are true to size. Please for the sake of all of us ladies who struggle to find tops in our size, do not advertise that you are for DD+ when what I received was laughable at best.

You can attempt to order at your peril, you might even receive your item, we haven't, (N=2 for you scientist out there).Support, replies, until they have got bored of attempting to help you then they will terminate the conversation.One of the worst online retailers. The sooner they get absorbed by a competent company the better.
