James has been brilliant since our first phone call to arrange a viewing. He’s kept in touch with us, kept us up to date, suggested alternatives and even gave some helpful and welcome advice on selling our own property. He was personable and friendly on our viewing recently, giving us space to explore the house whilst also being on hand to answer questions and show us the best of the property and area. I would have no hesitation in calling James if we are looking for a property in the area in the future.

I didn’t use James for the sale of our property as we have a relative who is an estate agent but contacted James about a property to buy. He remained very attentive without being pushy, and made sure to let us know about properties he thought suited our search profile .
