Dorchester branch only take a credit card for the deposit which I don't have.Never rang me back to see if they would take a debit card or cash !!!.Meanwhile the booking staff assured that a lwb twin rear wheel luton bodied transit with a tail lift was available at the St albans branch so when we went to collect they don't have such a vehicle & the only ones they had were much too small.Therefore already stressed to the maximum during a house move & extremely annoyed.Why is this country such a pain in the rear ??.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, they ruined the first day of my holiday as my vehicle was not ready to be collected for the allocated time (2 hours late) and even when I complained which the area manager apparently was going to deal with it, he seemed incompetent too! If I say anything, don't rent from these cowboys

So incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend calling them directly versus the general number if you have questions on the cars, they are incredibly patient and helpful in letting you know what they have if you have questions about what is standard in the vehicle. Very fast pick up and drop off as well!

I recently did a one way drop off at St Albans. I was immediately and warmly greeted by Waj. Waj was very personable. He was a huge help when I had forgotten something concerning my rental.
