This restaurant was incredibly busy when we visited on Saturday evening. It was an hour after arriving that we eventually had our starters and another long wait for the mains.The food is good, tasty and good sized portions.I'd recommend the fish kebab starter and if you like lamb stew then go for the Mongolian lamb dish.Nice nan bread.

We were booked in for 1800 and arrived about 10 minutes early. The welcome was warm enough, but from the moment we sat down we were almost harassed into ordering, and got the impression they wanted us out as quickly as possible, despite there being spare tables all around us? We also heard 2 other tables ask for more time to consider their options before ordering. The food is not as good as it used to be, and we have been coming to this place for a number of years, and owners now. I have to assume they over booked, and I understand the need to turn tables, but it was not a pleasant experience, and not a good feeling to be rushed. When I asked for an Irish coffee to end the meal I was told by the waiter that he asked the kitchen??? , but they were too busy! A very poor experience, and a real shame.

A delicious meal with good service.First time I ever had momos, quite impressed.The tandoori chicken was tender and moist. Lovely.

Went here last week for a work dinner and had to leave a review. Best Badghis I have ever eaten, Garlic Naan was incredible and the Lamb Passanda was on another level, all my colleagues really enjoyed their meals. Staff were very friendly and the Gurkha beer is defo worth trying....giant bottles :)

I visited Rimjhim on Saturday 1 February 2020 in the early evening and it did not disappoint - this was the nicest Indian food I've ever had. I was with two other people. This was my first visit and I'll definitely be back!The restaurant comprises of one small main dining area plus a smaller area further back with a selection of tables with full table service. Booking is definitely advisable.The team were very friendly and welcoming and I had no issues - we got everything we expected in good time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.I enjoyed some papadums and onion bhaji for my starter and a chicken tikka masala for my main course with a garlic naan. The food arrived hot, was well presented and tasted really good. There was a good selection of food and I found something that appealed to me easily. The food was very good value for money, I paid around £28 for two courses and drinks.Overall I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely come and visit again.

Have eaten here on a few times previously and not been disappointed. Food well proportioned and tasty. Service is always great.Had Momos for starter, sadly on this occasion they were overcooked, very dry, the chutney/sauce was smeared on the plate in a cheffy presentation style; might have been better served in a side pot.Nepalise fresh herb curry was ok but lacked flavour i was used to. Pompadoms, chutneys and naans all good.Despite this, overall experience was positive and I'd eat here again; different dishes next time.

The food here is excellent.however the restaurant is small and they do rush you to finish!!All they have to do is say when booking that you have the table for a set time, that would be perfectly reasonable.Would we return? Probably not

Very friendly stuff. It was first time i tried Indian food as i had never wanted to try, but it was fantastic. Very quality and nice tasty food. Good price. Only one minus is there, they need improve toilet cleaning. Anyway we highly recommed this restaurant.

So good. Firstly, menu has a lot of variety so straight away I knew one visit would not be enough. Of course that depended on whether the food was good..... it was, very good.I had the Madu Murgh and, oh my word, it was tasty.Add on top friendly efficient service and reasonable prices and we have an all round great place to eat.Sept 2022 - still awesome. Rack of lamb is amongst one of the tastiest things I've ever eaten.
