Ordered a cake to celebrate Green Doors, our sustainable doors company, marking 9 years (hence the door design). Not only did the cake look amazing, but it also tasted great, and the team enjoyed this delightful treat.

Horrible experience, I have placed £100 worth cake order with them for my Son's 5th Birthday and found Spelling error on the cake, cake was not been made as per the order either and then when make complain guy said he will tell his boss and give me call back, no call received so I have to call them again and then it appear same guy talking (he is the shop owner but lied to me first time when called) and this time he said sorry I will give you discount for your next cake lol. Not worth 1 star either. In short they just ruin our celebration.

Phoned on the Wednesday to ask for a’ baby girl cake’; for my daughters virtual baby shower.The cake arrived in less than 24 hrs. A delicious iced cream sponge. Thank you. I would highly recommend and use The Cake Family again.

Parking just outside. Cheaper than the established named cake makers. Accommodating staff member to requests. Ready made cakes as you enter are perfect for any occasion

Despite requesting last time about the quality of cake and cream, today I got another cake which the inside cake was not done properly or something thrown over it. Absolutely disappointed. Family cake used to have quality but recently for last 2 orders in 2 months , I have no option to seek alternative.

Best cake service ever. I had the most beautiful cake princess castle cake made. The fresh cream icing was amazing. The cake stayed fresh for 3 days after the party (Refrigerated). Best prices ever. Have used cake box previously. However their icing at times has been very bitter with a funny aftertaste. So we went off their cakes. Just so glad this cake shop has opened up. I have used this service 3 times so far now to buy just regular cakes too for family get together. I will recommend this place with 10/10. For affordability, taste, customer service experience.
