We used LM Surveying Services for a RICS Homebuyers Report and Valuation recently. The report was very thorough, the service was quick and the fee was very competitive. The Drone survey add on really made this a bespoke service. We can’t recommend them enough!

Callum was extremely helpful. Polite, and didn’t make you feel like he was doing you a favour. Managed to fit me in at short notice, kept me updated all the way through and got my report to me when he said he would. Would highly recommend him, I know I will use again.

I recently had a level 2 homebuyers survey, the price was very competitive, it was completed much sooner than I expected and I received the report promptly. I really liked how I was called shortly after the survey to discuss the main points and the communication was brilliant throughout. Would definitely recommend
