JAB 93 Vehicle Dismantlers & Scrap Metals

Contacted for a window regulator and checked numerous times whether it was for a 3 door car and not a 5 door to which I was ensured it was so everything was great at face value. Unfortunately, when I went to fit the part it was not for a 3 door and not only that but a cable and adapter weren’t supplied so was not even the full part required and paid for. Contacted following this to be told I could have a replacement part or credit, as I had to source the part elsewhere over the weekend to save my car leaking water for longer, a replacement wasn’t necessary and considering the error made with the part I had already bought, I didn’t think this was a good option. I understand these things happen however a refund for something which was out of my own control is the least I think should be offered so was disappointing to say the least to be out of pocket and time for being given a wrong and incomplete item.

Needed a car gone a.s.a.p. called them just after 08:30. Just after 09:30 they were at my house. My street is quite tricky for large vehicles, but they made it look easy. Car was gone in 5-10 mins all paperwork done. Very happy with the service. And very polite and helpful. Thanks guys!

Had an appalling experience trying to scrap my car. Was assured I would be contacted when they were on their way to collect my vehicle. Heard nothing from them. No confirmation that my vehicle had been collected, took me ringing them to find out it had been taken and been scrapped. Would have been very helpful if they had just sent a quick whatsapp message to confirm they had the vehicle. Very stressful process.

Don't bother unless you have plenty of time to waste, phoned for a bumper,told him the paint code said to ring back in 15 mins so he can check, rang back said they got one, went up there 12 miles away totally different colour and scratched and scraped.total waste of time.
