Could not have had a better experience. My new Q3 failed an MOT (at a different garage) because the CO emissions were too high. I was told it needed to be taken to audi for a some costly work. Took it to jonny and fizy for a second opinion and they diagnosed the problem easily and sorted it within a couple hours for a fraction of what we thought it would cost. I will definitely be exclusively coming here. Thanks lads!

Great diagnosis of an issue other garages had just plainly missed despite simple evidence that needed a good mechanic with the right tools to confirm. Took a video to prove their diagnosis as evidence to instil confidence of their work. Polite and friendly service.

Avoid at all costs.they damaged my car to the point where driving would permanently damage the engine, However only after 20 emails and 2 weeks back and forth they agreed to even look at the damage they had caused, despite sending over photographs and them confirming there was no damage present when they started the work.However due to the fact that the car isn't viable to drive, needs to be recovered to them, which will cost £100 which they arent willing to pay despite causing the damage themselves.

Had my car serviced with Specialist Automotive Services and they were great. Picked up my car and dropped it off, called me and kept me up to date with what was happening, spoke politely and professionally. Couple of things identified upon inspection but none of this forcing work on me that wasn't necessary. In this industry you just want fair treatment and that's exactly what I got. Kept it in budget and addressed the bits I needed. Would definitely use these guys again & would recommend to anyone in the Peterborough area.

Never known anybody so clueless in my entire life. Car went in with a fault and came out with 10x as many. Took weeks and weeks with my car for them to say they have fixed it only to drive away for 5 minutes and the engine managment light on. They also seem very dodgy characters and very unprofessional should never have gone their in the 1st place! Avoid at all costs.
