Nice location to shop Nike, Adidas, Fila and other top brands. You could stop in to window shop and save towards picking your choice. The prices are fair and the customer service is excellent. I got a good bargain for a lovely Nike footwear.

It was ok. Coventry is down the pan in general ,heart has gone out of it. Shameful it used to be excellent. Birmingham is the better bet. Foot locker staff were very helpful though.

Pretty poor after sales service. Item ordered in store as they size was out of stock, told 3-5 days for delivery. After 6 days start to chase only to find the tracking receipt doesn’t have the right reference for the courier. Spent the last half hour trying to call the branch and the line is just ringing out!

Tried getting £190 trainers in store, no size you want and even when tried ordering to store couldn’t get them.

The staff is very unprofessional and if the matter is about return they are ready to blame you.Today 4th of December I went to the shop for a faulty pair of shoe Jordan. The lady on the counter sad You have to speak to Manager Sam. He didn't help me at all he blaming us and didn't give us any resolution.I sad ok at least give me option for repair.The other girl came to counter passing comments on us so that will escalate then they can call security. I will not go back to shop again and will not recommend due to bad behaviour.

We layed shop,so many branded shoes from Nike, addidas, fila, EA7 , converse and many more not to forget sports wear for men ,women ,kids junior, and children.Very helpful friendly staff who helped me to get what I needed , felt very welcoming and definitely will be shopping there more often ,lots of choice from brands to styles and colours to choose from, worth a trip to trend in future fashion

Not my normal place to shop. But the staff were so helpful and friendly. They offered me several alternatives and were patient. Then to top it all I was given a discount on my next purchase, the staff member even actived for me,a 5 star experience

We didn't need help looking which is good because we weren't offered any. The two people I saw get help finding shoes had to look for staff themselves. The shop was clean and tidy at least.
