THE BEST!!! I have never left Freedom Nails disappointed. I have visited this salon 9 times now and the ladies smash every nail set I ask for. I’ve gone from very plain designs to now some crazy ones and Kaew (one of the nail techs) in particular is amazing. Ploy, the owner, deals with me every time I book and she is such a lovely lady. I’ve not found anywhere else in Solihull which such kind women and such talented results!!!

Would highly recommend people going to this place. The lovely ladies really nice to talk too. I felt very comfortable and they did an outstanding job.all of those little pink circle sequin were hand placed it wasn't in a bottle it was hand painted on.The whole time was just absolutely amazing experience.I think I found my new nail salonThank you so much ladies xx

The very first time I had an amazing almond nails (white tip), but since I have short square ones - the work is done worse and worse every time. Today’s nails were a nightmare and I can’t understand how the specialist believes such work is OK. I asked for thinner ends and relatively deeper “smile”. Will be taking everything off myself and redoing the tip.

The ladies at this salon go above and beyond to accommodate your requests. My nails easily last a month. They would last longer but I don’t like letting my nails grow too long. Service is top class. Great atmosphere too. I highly recommend Freedom Nails. They also offer massage and other beauty services which I plan to try soon. Parking is easy either at Morrisons, Mell Square, Touchwood or O’Neills.

I'd been coming here for some time to get my nails acrylics done until the lady that works for the owner got an attitude and got rude because I wasn't happy with her work.The acrylic on the nail bed was shaped so wide which looked weird on my slim fingers. A simple french tip was done so thin in as much as I showed a photo of what I wanted. She went over the french tip trying to make it look like the photo but this ended up making a bump on the tip.Instead of her owning up to her failed work, she gets an attitude with me asking if I still want to get my toes done or not. Talk about lack of accountability.Do not come here, the attitude is unprofessional and the work is mediorce 0/5 rating if i could.
