Winnersh Triangle railway station

Liz that works there most mornings is extremely knowledgeable when there's disruption and remains calm and positive. She puts signs out when there's buses to replace trains, keeps the station as tidy as she can on her own and her customer service is above and beyond what I see at other local stations. Parking is convenient and there's always spaces. The park and ride also goes from this station so there's many alternatives if the trains go wrong.

Access to the station is closed

Small station.I went to this station by chance when the train doors didn't open at Earley station and I rushed to other doors in the middle of the train but by the time the train started off. So I took off at Winnersh and changed the platform and went back to Earley station.
