Absolutely fantastic shop and owner , been going to rob since the days on the market .The shop can seem fully and disorganised but that’s part of the fun . Pulling a box that’s not seen the light Of day for years , iv often been unable find things I’m looking for but iv asked rob and he can find it in a few minutes.Loads of interesting pictures and posters all around the place and in general pretty well priced .This Kind of place should be protected the same way listed buildings get listed,It’s one of the only reasons to visit Hanley ,Keep it up Rob

First time the other day and the owner put his lunch on hold for me and was so helpful. Wow, he's got so much choice. It's a gem of a record shop and will definitely be back. My wife loved the new kids lp by the way.

First time in today to start our daughters vinyl collection, what an alladins cave don't think there's there's anything on vinyl you can't get brilliant prices, and what a nice man he is definitely be going back.

It's an absolute treasure trove in here, but its VERY disorganised. As others have said, be patient and be prepared to dig through a LOT of records.My only gripe is that the owner tends to watch over you as you're digging, making you feel a little uncomfortable in all honesty. Been here twice now and it's happened on both occasions.The second time I went in, half of the shop was closed, no idea why, but there were records I wanted to look through on that side and I wasn't allowed to.

Loved this shop since my days living in Stoke on Trent, and it is still amazing after all these years. Owner is really friendly and knowledgeable, great conversations every time. Don’t be in a rush in this shop and be patient, you will find amazing stuff. One of those old school gems this is!

Great stock selection but the chap behind the counter was rude and unhelpful throughout our visit. Stock is crammed in to the point of being very difficult to look through, and when my friend attempted to look through a section, instead of being assisted due to the logistical difficulties of navigating the piles of records in the shop, he was reprimanded for leaning on my records." I can only assume the excellent stock selection is due to the atrocious customer service."

A very impressive amount of stock in here, but it makes the shop very cramped and difficult to navigate. Records are very disorganised and the biggest gripe I have is the amount of records that are stacked on top of each other, which should be known by every record store owner that this cracks and warps the vinyls. That being said, I would probably come here again. You are bound to find something you enjoy in here and the bloke who owns the shop is very friendly and helpful.

Wow, what a place for vinyl. It's packed, which makes browsing fun, so don't be in a rush.The owners very helpful if you ask and knows the location of albums, so have a list if you are looking for something specific. I'll be back soon, great place.
