Owner of pharmacy is very rude with blond hairs she always try to show attitute and if u ask for any help she never helps u.They r very expensive.Very rude staff.Not helpfull at all.Stay away from these types of ripoffs and rude people.

This was the only pharmacy in the area where I could get some medication recently for an ongoing issue as everywhere elsewhere told me it was out of stock...

By far the best pharmacy in Greater Manchester.100% reliable in everything they do.They have never let me down and I would recommend them to anyone who uses a pharmacy..Absolutely spot on.

Whenever I need help Christine and her excellent staff offer outstanding help. They are knowledgeable, customer focused efficient and supportive. Nothing is too much trouble and they often point me in the right direction for more support as my husband is seriously ill. This is the best pharmacy by far and they really care about the commununity. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely appalling attitude from the staff member (female) who answered the telephone to me today, 10th July 2023. They are ignorant and disrespectful. Not a slight bit of professionalism was conveyed. Who ever it was needs to go on person centred practice course and be taught good manners. There is no need to answer the telephone with such aggression and betray it on the person on the other side, especially when the person had manners and remained respectful dealing with the issue they had. You should be ashamed of yourself!!! I didn’t even want to give one star. For the other staff who work there who are not that way inclined, much respect to you for putting up with the negative environment you work within.

I regret even giving 1 star considering the pathetic service.1- I took my 1 year old injured so whose hand was cut with a glass. This blonde hair racist woman said to me 'your son is not gonna bleed to die'. How inconsiderate, inhumane and cruel remark to a mother who took her son after seeing 30 minutes of Unstoppable bleeding.2- Recently, she gave me iron syrup for my son with outmmentioning the date of opening (This should be consumed with in 3 months of opening). I collected the medicine at least 1 week later and just noticed the date issue 4 days late. When I took the bottle to her, she first showed her attitude as it was my fault and wrote the date of the day I took the syrup back (means if I could use it for 3 months from that date) - approx 11 days expiry medicine could be given to 18 months old - doesn't bother for her.3- The way she treats people from Asian and African origin is unacceptable. I have stopped going to this place now. And the reason to spend so much time writing this review is to take a small step to fight against unprofessional conduct, discrimination, racism, hatred.

With using Nash chemist for decades for prescription services and recommendation guidance as a customer for health related products. One time, concerning an ongoing condition Christine came out of her way and explained what was happening and advised accordingly. Her advice was vital in the preparation of what was to follow while facing a life threatening condition. She did not have to do this but she is providing a vital service beyond what would normally expect from any Chemist. From personal experience, Christine is a very conscientious professional who is a straight talker, yet 100% ethical. Over the years all her advice and recommendations have been correct and trustworthy. If anything a few times when unable to get a doctors appointment I have spoken to the Chemist instead. Finally more recently having a telephone consultation recommended by the doctor, the vital reminder to drink more water could not be ignored. It is easy to sit and worry about symptoms, but costs nothing to seek advice. Ethical health professionals are regarded as so when they advise and offer a service or treatments in the patient's best interest and not self interest or profit. I am thankful for this ethical service provider and the dedicated team serving at this Chemist.

Closed on sunday is absolutely rediculous and to top it off closes at 2 on saturday and opens at 10. This is a phamacy it should be open 7 days a week there are people who need medicine in emergencies and dont have the option to go look for other pharmacies ob by the way others are open 7 days a week.
