We needed a portaloo for the duration of a complete bathroom rebuild. It started well, the quote was reasonable, the overall communication was ok and the loo was delivered on schedule (on a Tuesday). We were told that it'll be emptied weekly, but it may vary a little depending on the driver's route. Things began to go downhill from here.I emailed the company next Thursday asking when should I expect emptying to which they replied schooling me that it is Friday and will be Fridays moving on. The tone was condescending and the toilet was out of chemical by that point. It started to smell really bad, so we had to keep our windows closed and I can safely assume that many people had to do the same in the neighbourhood. When emptying, they did not add enough chemical because it was out within 3 days. The next emptying happened in 11 days. The toilet is designed in a way that when there's no more chemical left, it uses other liquid" in it for flushing. The blue liquid first turns to green and becomes yellowish brown. Imagine for yourself how disgusting it is to see this stinky liquid when flushing for 9 days. I emailed repeatedly explaining the situation to which I only got further schooling and condescending style emails saying the driver is not in our area. They never bothered with the slightest apology. The bathroom work was done ahead of schedule
