Ordered a garden burner was scammed and sent a metal bin not the product I ordered or payed for need to change the product listing on b&q or it's a matter for trading standers complete rip off

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Ordered items on the B&Q website as they are listed as a verified seller. Which I thought would mean they are reputable and trustworthy. Which they are definitely not. I received my order late and in parts. The item is not what I want and wanted to return. Which Anything 4 Home said I have to return at cost to me. Which is in contradiction to the 14 day cancellation terms and conditions the B&Q verified sellers agree to. Over a week later, I am still waiting to return the items and refund of payment. Awful company, non existent customer service and doesn’t help that only way of contacting them directly is via the B&Q ‘contact seller’ button. Which they have now been ignoring my requests for the last 5 days. I hope B&Q suspend or terminate their status as a verified seller.

I have still not received my order made beginning of December. Ordered through b n q as a third party seller.Neither company responding to my issue.Should've been received 5th December still nothing on the 13th.Wanting a refund asap

Terrible, horrific service, I wish there was a 0 stars option. Ordered a box of drinking glasses which all turned up smashed to pieces, possibly not their fault. But then impossible to get hold of despite multiple attempts via e-mail and phone. Only got my money refunded thanks to Amazon. Avoid these scammers

Brought white cobbles received bags full of dust, broken cobbles and small stones. Do not buy from this company as they will not help either.

reading this your probably already too late.just avoid, send un packaged items so that they break and then just plain ignorant over customer service.

I ordered the Simpa artificial grass product on Amazon, unfortunately wrong item shipped wouldn't fit our purpose of use, but the team responded quickly and processed a refund for me without costing me. I'll see if I can make good use of the item then! Thanks!
