Me and my fiancee went here yesterday and it was so lovely, the decor was gorgeous but that's not all it is, the staff (we were served by Katie and Kinga) were kind and attentive and made sure to ask us about any dietary restrictions or allergies before we ordered. The food and drinks we ordered were refreshing and delicious, we honestly expected it to be much more expensive with how nice it was :) overall lovely place to pop into for some food when you've been out shopping"

Visited here with a friend and our two babies and it was absolutely lovely! We was sat in a booth so that we had enough room for the babies and the staff were so friendly and could t do enough for us. The food and drinks were amazing quality and the atmosphere was great, such a beautiful place. Highly recommend

I would like to share my experience at EL&N Cafe in Trafford Centre and provide some feedback on our recent visit.We ordered two cakes, and I must say their quality was excellent – fresh and delicious. However, when it came to the hot flat white and hot chocolate beverages we ordered, we were disappointed with their poor quality. The taste was not up to par, and it was quite disappointing.Another observation was the lack of staff around the tables. This compelled us to walk back to the entrance for assistance. The service was also slow, and we had to wait around 15 minutes for our order to be served. This seems like a long time, especially for simple orders like coffee and ready-made cakes, considering the place wasn't overly crowded.Furthermore, the prices seemed quite high, which didn't feel justified given the overall experience. Unfortunately, my family and I were not satisfied with the cafe, and we won't be visiting again.I hope this feedback helps the cafe improve its service and overall customer experience.

Food was delicious..I had the lotus and banana French toast, looked too much but was perfect. My god daughter had the red velvet cake which was perfectly baked. The spirulina and banana smoothie is delicious..The Chemex raspberry mojito mocktail was lovely too. The staff were lovely, very pleasant and the ambiance is very relaxing..and decor is on point with today’s scenery/backdrop social media styles.

Such a lovely pink restaurant. Love all the small details like the cute quotes on the plates are adorable.Food was good but a little overpriced. Strawberry mojito was delicious and the pink velvet cake was nice and fluffy. Plus point, all food are halal.Very attentive waiters. It wasn't so busy so I was treated quite attentively.I had came before a few months ago when they just opened. There was a long queue and no one entertained us and we left. So glad that service has improved vastly on my 2nd visit.

I’ve been to several EL&Ns now, the one in London was by far the best. However, it’s still worth a trip to this one, the food and drinks are very instagrammable and taste amazing. My 9 year old niece loves it here! There so many choices for cakes, that you need to come here several times to try everything!

Best place for cakes and hot drinks in MCR, enjoy their delicious flavours in pinkland! And if you’re lucky enough to be served by the lovely Louis, you will also have a five star service! :) (otherwise, good luck! Also be aware of the queue!)

It's an overly hyped cafe.I went with my wife, we ordered a chicken burger, which came with sweet potato fries (very very stingy portion size, didn't even fill the box).Truffle pasta, which again was absolutely plain as it can get, you can see image attached.Passion Fruit mojitos were below average, aesthetically they look nice but the taste was bitter and tangy, that's NOT how this mojito should taste.Service was terribly slow, and to pay the bill you can either wait around for someone to come check on you for 15mins or get up and go to the till which saves you 15mins.The cafe also unfortunately has direct sunlight on every seat which can get uncomfortable as well, especially on a busy warm weekend. They should have umbrella shades to give more comfort to customers when sitting in. I was squinting my entire visit due to direct sun hitting me.For £45 this was a rip off, never again. Find somewhere else offering better value for money and quality food.

Went for brunch at EL&N Trafford Palazzo, Manchester. The manager was really friendly and overheard me saying to my daughter where id have liked to sit but thought it was'nt free and he went and made it ready for us.Drinks and food were both lovely to look at and tasted fantastic.Really lovely venue and the employees were friendly and helpful.Defo visiting again.
