A tool store paradise, upon walking in you're greeted by a friendly chap behind the counter who is always chipper to help you out in anyway possible from the wide range of tools and equipment they have available in store or online. A very approachable and reliable place to visit whether if I'm desperate for tools/equipment or not, with reasonable price how can I say no. Used them plenty and will continue to.

Recently bought some Sealey tools from tool store and there was an issue with one of the items, damaged in the packaging from the sealey supplier. Tool store were fantastic and arranged a collection of the damaged item and delivery of a new item from Sealey, which was all sorted within 24 hours. Customer service has been excellent from the tool store team. Well done folks, I’ll definitely be back.

Needed a Makita Fast Charger desperately however Tool Store Direct were closed. Phoned CAS and spoke to Sean, who popped over to grab the item from their warehouse, called me back in 10 minutes and the item was ready for collection. Excellent Service, thank you Sean - this guy deserves a medal!
