Hello Student Accommodation, Pennine House

Brilliant location, friendly and approachable staff. The rooms are clean and modern. Excellent student accommodation, I would highly recommend.

Great facilities, friendly reception staff, and absolutely brilliant location. The building is well-maintained, safe and quiet. All complaints are met promptly by the management team, and there is a no deposit policy which makes it hassel-free for students while moving out. Definitely worth the price!

The accommodation environment is very good, and the geographical location is also very good. It is very convenient to be close to the city center. It is just that there is some noise occasionally, but it has little impact.

It is the worst place to live and very expensive!!They only care about money without any service!!As well as, when it is time to check out they might take your stuff and leave outside without looking back to contact as they have to done to me twice and with my friend.المكان جداً سيئ و ما أنصح أي أحد يسكن فيه لانه بس يفكرون بالفلوس وبدون أي خدمة !!ومرتين شالوا أغراضي أذن.

No reception at all!!! No service at all!!!No announcement for any issues or emergencies occurred in Pennine House, even when there were no running water for two days, and the change of card key system.No one in the reception during reception opening hours very often. Moreover, no reply for emails and calls all the time. Furthermore, there are a lot of residents haven't received the deposit since we checked out for three weeks.Normally, we can only see receptionists on time when they're asking us to move out.發生緊急事件沒有人處理電話也經常打不通寫信一般不回覆就連停水也不通知現在連訂金都沒退只有簽合約跟合約到期日 才可能看到員工準時處理。除了設備沒有其他優點。

'Pennine House', what should i say ? it is the one of the best student accommodation in the heart of city ! where everything is accessible at walking distance - you just name it shopping malls, departmental stores, flagship stores, three major banks right in front of the accommodation (i.e HSBC, Natwest and Barclays), railway station, also the bus service is frequent where the accommodation is situated at. Also the universities are at walking distance. The biggest reason why this accommodation is perfect is due to the security, the area is so safe that one can sleep peacefully. Also, next to the the accommodation building there are great number of pubs, hotels and restaurants and a great cafe - 'La bottega Milanese' which is right across the street. The management team is very kind and polite, very good people they all are - Ryan, David, Eleanor, Jade and Jason. Here the studios are great, but need to be a little more spacious, otherwise rest all is fine. Special thanks to accommodation team and if anyone wants to live peacefully and enjoy well then this place is perfect !.

If you are searching to book a student accomodation in Leeds, Pennine House is the best option! It's location is in the heart of leeds and it makes everything accesible. The studios are modern, comfortable and very student friendly! Staff are always helpful and available and there is always security in case of an emergency. I would highly recommend pennine house!

Pennine House is conveniently located in city centre, making it easy to access various different stores and restaurants near by. There is also the added benefit of being a three minute walk to the train station. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the university of Leeds.The staff working at the premise are kind and helpful, they send me emails whenever my parcel has been delivered to reception, as I live on the 5th floor it is very useful to know if my package has arrived than going down myself to confirm. I currently stay at the Silver Studio, it is well spaced and I appreciate that there are 4 cooking stoves, I cook often so it’s nice that I can cook multiple things at the same time. The size of the bathroom is on the smaller size but it personally does not bother me and I think it fulfils its purpose.I will advise that if you cook quite often and you need lots of space to prep for cooking it would be better to call the accommodation agency to request a viewing of the Gold Studio. The counter space is much larger, making it easier to eat and/or do kitchen work. In each Silver Studio there is a microwave oven, it works as advertised, it took me a few minutes to learn how to use it but if you’re facing any difficulties operating it, you can always call the reception and I’m sure they will be more than happy to help. The fridge is a decent size, its small for me but that’s because I use a lot of ingredients for cooking, it should be fine nonetheless. The freezer has more space than I first expected, it will be able to fit a few frozen foods and such inside.Overall the accommodation team have been tirelessly at work to improve the experience tenants have in the building, I believe as time goes on they will only get better, so please give them a call to know more about what they offer.

I'm very happy that I'd chosen this accommodation. I'm really enjoying my time here. The location is great in the city center of Leeds. The scale is smaller compared to other Student accommodation but I feel secure and comfortable. The staff are all very nice, I love them. Anyways, I really recommend this accommodation!
