10 out of 10. Easily our favorite experience in Dublin. Alan, who was on duty when we arrived, took the time to show us around and personalize the experience. We learned a ton, and he even let us print our own “Wanted” poster. Just a fantastic experience all around. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will recommend to our friends and we will be back.

Might be a bit tricky to find the first time (just go through the gate and continue to the right until you see the museum) but worth the visit if you’re interested in printing and print design. Entry is free and all the staff are incredibly friendly and more than happy to talk about the exhibitions.PRESS Cafe is located at the back of the museum, a great spot to catch up with friends over a tasty brunch or bring a book to read while enjoying a cup of coffee. Just keep in mind it’s very busy during weekends.Would 100% recommend signing up for the museum newsletters if you are located in Dublin and like doing crafts. They often hold events with local artists. I’ve attended multiple workshops (letterpress, etching, woodblock printing) and have enjoyed all of them.

What a sweet gem of a find! We had a delicious breakfast in the Press cafe & then popped into the Print Museum next door. Interesting to discover the print history & see & touch the equipment. The whole experience was made even more insightful by the lovely Ciaran, full of information & super friendly. Well worth a visit if you’re in Dublin!

Kieran and the entire staff were very informative and interesting to visit, especially during their monthly demonstration. Learning about the history, the machines, the quick decline of the industry made the visit unique. The cafe adjacent to the museum was delicious and the staff there was welcoming as well.

It's a brilliant place to visit, especially if you're interested in print. Everything on display is still functioning. The staff make the experience even better. Liam was super nice and friendly. He really gave us an understanding of what the printing process used to be. It's always amazing when you see the passion and care people have for their craft.

Interesting selection of old printing presses in a small area as part of a self guided tour and videos you can play to show the machines in action. Great insights from Ciaran who explained the systems and where some expressions may come from and why like hot off the press"! I even had the opportunity to do a guided custom print using the 'proofing' maching! Lovely cafe downstairs and small shop. Well worth a visit solo or with a group or family."

Really fascinating place. Lots to look at - and interactive. The demo Thursday is now in our list of things to do; seeing some of the machines in action would be amazing!

Hidden gem in Dublin. Really nice experience and a very cool exhibition on the old printed labels of Irish brands. But the whole experience is made by the lovely lady Jacinta at the front, who guided us through the entire place and gave us some great tidbits, facts and phrases while we were there. She made the whole experience great and wholesome and really sold us on coming back again for the workshops!

This is a tiny museum in the far corner of the Beggars Bush Barracks complex. And you cannot park in the complex, so it is not the easiest to get to. But you should, as it is worth it. As is the guided tour"
