Very nice but a lot of shops closed down not like l remember it. Popped to Timpsons with my watch to see how much to get it fixed. Thev'e got to send it away to be fixed. But only £1.50 to park for 2 hours.

I have not ventured here for a good few years. Unfortunately, like many high streets, it's littered with numerous empty properties. Needs regeneration urgently.Carparking reasonable.

More shops closed than open, can't see the point of putting decals in the windows showing what could be here. Need to sort out parking charges and encourage custom. No parking charge at Tamworth out of town and it has all the shops you want including M&S and Next.

It's my local shopping area, still has some good shops, however really needs some cash injected , hopefully now Gracechurch centre has been sold it will be updated and bring in more shops, looking quite sad and neglected these days

Good on site parking, best to get there early though to get a good parking spot, prices reasonable. Centre itself has some good and varied shops. Plenty of cafes available too.

Like most shopping centres this place seems to be slowly dying with vacant shops. Was a real shame when M&S closed, always seemed to be busy in there so can only assume the rent/rates were too high.

What a shame, I have lived in Sutton most of my life and have seen the slow demise of the shopping centre. So many empty units, its like a ghost town. The positives are, the parking in the centre is good and very reasonably priced. The mobility facilities are good with a designated blue badge area. Free wheelchairs are also offered for use in the centre too. Still worth a visit but Sutton is greatly overshadowed by Solihull centre and Tamworth retail park.

Great shopping center. This shopping center is usually very clean and they are very good with local covid restrictions with requiring to wear a mask and having a two meter distanced queueing system which works very well. Its also has a one way walking system which not many people follow but it is not really enforced. There is a ok selection of shops but a shame to see M and S as that was one of the bigger shops. There is plenty of electronic shops such as stormfront(Apple), EE, Vodaphone, O2, GAME and CEX. There are plenty of other shops. I would highly recommend this shopping center to most people. Overall great experience.

Very poor. No decent shops open. Mainly coffee shops doing any business. Artifical Christmas tree. Awful. Random Elves and characters shaking buckets for money at the passers-by. Raining and miserable.
