Went on Tuesday to pick up our meds and to be told they had to order mine in. It will be ready for you after lunch tomorrow. My husband got there at 5pm the next day to be told oh they've just arrived I will pack them up for you now!! Plus 2 days running before hand I did try ringing several times to check our meds were in. They didn't answer there phone. Normally pretty good.

I've only been in here twice and the staff are surly and abrupt, not just with me but I noticed also with some other customers for no obvious reason. On each visit, the general till has not initially been staffed despite a sizeable queue and it is only when a customer politely says something that they will consider opening it; on my last visit, a customer asked is there nobody available to serve at this till?" and a sulky assistant rolled her eyes and begrudgingly started serving customers. They need to teach their staff some decent manners and professionalism. The prices for products in there are also ridiculously high

Excellent team of staff. Especially the pharmacist who is friendly and really helpful. I go out of my way to visit this branch over others which are closer to me exactly for this reason.

It can be a bit chaotic in there, usually because it seems to be a popular pharmacy, but the staff are very friendly efficient and accommodating, especially the pharmacist and one of the regular staff of the main counter.The pharmacist even recognises me and remembers my name / often knows whether my prescription is ready and informs me when I’m still waiting to be served.They are very welcoming, kind and competent, as well as being a bit overworked at times.

In the interests of balance as I have just given another pharmacy a very deserved 1 star. I feel it's only right that I mention this particular Boots for never giving me any trouble and for being consistent. Experience with them that my reasons for being there are addressed within minutes of stepping in store and that's how I like my interactions with all shops to go. Fingers crossed this swift & professional service continues

I’ve had a really good experience at this store every time I pop in whether it’s for a prescription or to purchase an item. It’s a small store so obviously won’t have the full range in the shop but staff are always willing to help or check with the other stores. I recently needed an emergency prescription and they handled it extremely well; they regularly called to keep me informed and then called me as soon as it was ready to collect. Excellent service!

Always a friendly service, staff change quite a bit, but always seem helpful to me. The one downside is the pharmacy is sometimes a disorganised chaos, and can take a long time to get a prescription, when busy.The boots shop itself is small, so can be a squeeze but seems well stocked most of the time.

pop in there for a meal deal every now & again as it’s a cheaper and quicker option for lunch in stony, always a good range of items! staff are friendly but do stand behind the counter and watch you waiting to be served whilst they’re having a conversation which does get quite annoying after a while… but great otherwise!

Great at totally ignoring customers for long periods of time 3 walked out tiered of waiting while I waited for my prescription. Ordered prescription with doctor, it then took Boot's over a week to put together, hours of opening are poor. Normally Boot's chemist are quite good but not this one!
