Chimney Sweep Ken

I called Ken about my chimney and issues I was having with it. He talked me through the issues, which was due to cold air temperatures outside forcing smoke back down the chimney, and booked an appointment to clean the chimney. He arrived this morning bang on time, had the chimney cleaned and everything tidied in 30 minutes. He was very professional, polite, clean and explained everything he was doing.
