I made a pre-auction offer that was accepted, made a deposit to secure the property and went through the process with the solicitors. It was fast, painless and the phone was always answered for any queries. The whole process from viewing the property to completion was one month and three weeks. I highly recommend Whoobid, and also the auction process.
