Terrible 4 wheel alignment advertised as £49.99 to be told that's just to check it. If any adjustments are needed it's £12.50 per wheel. Staff are useless and rude. False advertising at its finest!

Booked my car in for a service on the 22nd February, for MOT and service on the 25th March. Was called to have them cancel and need to rebook it at 3:30pm on 24th March. The afternoon before the 8:30am booking. What a laughing stock this place is, will never return to Halfords for anything again! Good job a local garage can fit me in last minute. Absolute shambles of a store.

Called to get a price for a service. Expensive (which was expected) wouldn't/couldn't give me a price for a fuel filter until I was booked in. Won't bother again.

Car mot booked and paid online, and despite confirming this on arrival cost included again invoice.Car was left with no dashboard warnings, on but apparently one appeared as it was drove into workshop. An immediate fail yet no phone call to bring it to our attention or even ask if it had been on when we arrived. They suggested they wouldn't do that yet I've previously Ive had calls alerting to issues when they're seeking to fix them before failing the car.They were about to price up replacement part after an expensive diagnostic, check but obviously weren't going to mention that it could be cleared allowing the car to pass it's test yet once I suggested this they said it could be done .

Easy process to book the service online, booking in at the centre was quick and easy. Prices better than at the dealership! Gave clear information on the process and results of the service. Would recommend.

Got MOT done. No problem at all. Nice staff.

I had fresh steering fluid put in my car the staff where very friendly and helpful advice me that my tyres needed changing which they did the next week very fast efficient service and the tyres are good and come with a warranty which was explained to me in detail by the man at the desk I would defently go back again.

Took 2 days to do my brakes and a service. 10month on I've just taken my car for its next service and the record wasn't even filled out -_-
