I went in here as a bridesmaid with my best friend (the bride). She really wanted to go in because she had been treated so well over facebook and I'm happy to say that the service in the shop lived up to her expectations! They were extremely patient, with lots of ideas for her bridesmaid dresses, as well as a great selection. Now that I'm engaged myself, I'll definitely be making an appointment!

One star for the beautiful dress. It seems once the deal was done we were forgot about. We could never get answers or replies to phone calls, texts and emails. Once we eventually got a reply and made an appointment for the next day, the shop was closed.Could get no one .waited for an hour before someone opened but they werent prepared for us at all. Said it was wrong day. Didnt know who we were, what dress we had, what accessories we had ordered. Or prices. Had to take the dress home that day and find a seamstress to do alterations as we couldn't depend on Cathedral gowns. I had wanted the buying of my daughter's wedding dress to be such a warm special event for her and myself to remember forever. But we'll have try to forget this experience and lift ourselves up and move on.

Very disappointing experience. Little communication. Initially told dress would arrive in January and dress arrived 28th February. Wedding is in April. Dress is beautiful however what should have been a special experience was very stressful! Difficult to contact shop via telephone number. Would not recommend Cathedral gowns.

From the minute I arranged my appointment with Catherine until I walked up the aisle, I felt like the most special bride. Catherine and Marie could not do enough. Nothing was a problem. In fact it was Catherine who actually picked my dress out for me as she thought it would really suit me. Once I tried it on I immediately fell in love with it. Arranging separate appointments for my bridesmaids was no problem at all and god love the girls because they had a lot to put up with with my lot! The standard of professionalism was excellent. Catherine and Patricia even came to my house the morning of the wedding to make sure my dress was on properly and even came to the church to ensure there was no problems before I made my big entrance. All these little details really do make this shop better than anywhere else and helps to ease pressure. Everyone was so friendly and we had a laugh at all our appointments. I have already recommended cathedral gowns to everyone I know getting married and I will continue to do so!!!!

To say that I was pleased and delighted with the service that I received from Cathedral Gowns would be an understatement. I wasnt the easiest bride to dress (lol) but they went above and beyond to help me and they made me feel so special throughout the entire experience. For the first time ever I felt so girly and like a real princess and that is all thanks to Catherine, Marie and the nimble hands of the lovely Patricia. They were always so accomodating with regards to appointments and nothing was ever too much trouble. I got my dress and my bridesmaid dresses in here and I couldnt recommend them highly. They dont just offer dresses they offer a full service and I know that they are dealing with hundreds of brides every year but they offer the most one to one experience. They always remember names, families and babies, they were always warm and friendly even in late night appointments. 10 out of 10 doesnt go far enough to describe them!

What a wonderful experience! Very personal, daughter felt like a princess choosing her holy communion dress, a lot less stressful because of atmosphere thank you very much!

The consultant knew exactly what we were looking for .My niece is so excited to have found her first holy communion dress ,veil and all her accessories in cathedral gowns .
