AVOID!!I arranged a baby shower for my sister and honestly from start to finish never felt so uncomfortable at a place I paid for the service.Myself and the mum to be arrived early as we had made some favours for a the table. To be met by the owner stood at the top of the stairs literally looking down on us, the first thing she said was and where do you think you're going with that" I feel maybe hello would be a better way to welcome paying customer's as the way I was addressed set the tone for the day. Fair enough the owner advised it does state in the terms that were sent via email you couldn't bring them

Came for a baby shower. Very glittery place which is beautiful for girly party. I had starter prawn cocktail and salmon for main course. Everything are perfect as it is.

Absolutely beautiful venue, perfect for the start of our hen do. We had afternoon tea which was pretty nice, the warm scone was the highlight! Only dropped a star because looking at our booking we were supposed to have tea with our food which was never offered or mentioned - we did order cocktails while we waited but I would've appreciated the tea with the food as advertised.

Manager was so rude from the offset, made the entire baby shower party feel unwanted. We asked for tissue or tinfoil to give out cake and was abruptly told no. Manager then called last orders 50 mins before our party was due to finish. Would not recommend, awful establishment I’ve never experienced rudeness like this.

Went to Jam today for the first time for Mother's Day Afternoon Tea and it was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were lovely and the live singer was fab! Had a really lovely time with my family thank you Jam!

Would highly recommend anyone avoid this place - the manager was nothing short of rude and obnoxious in catering to pre-informed dietary requirements. Even resorting to lies and petty facial expressions, you actually can’t make it up! Fair enough if they hadn't heard of the requirement before, get in touch to ask or google it but they decided to plough on and provide the normal offering of which our friend could eat next to nothing after paying £26. The tables were incredibly cramped, afternoon tea was really poor - the only edible item presented were scones, evidenced by the volume of food left by the entire party. Afternoon was still enjoyed but purely due to the company, not the substandard service provided by Jam. Please go to any other restaurant / bar in the city.

Been here atleast a handful of times, the decor is beautiful, and the afternoon tea is well presented and tasty!would defo recommend the salt and pepper chunky chips, they are out of this world, staff are lovely aswel

We attended a baby shower this evening and I can honestly say that we have never experienced a worse hospitality response from the owner. From the outset, she was deliberately rude and obstructive. Her attitude throughout the evening was appalling and her people skills were non existent. Would highly recommend people stay away from this establishment if you want to celebrate a special occasion.

Absolutely amazing service. Booking the bridal package was made easy with excellent customer service. The food was amazing and organised fantastically. Entertainment was engaging getting people up dancing. I would definitely recommend this venue it’s so pretty and looks even better in real life! Thank you all so much
