Ian gave me invaluable advice about my remortgage process, and was so personable and clear. He listened as I explained my circumstances and took the time to talk me through my options and the questions I needed to ask my current lender. He then advised me to stay with my current lender for the moment, despite this meaning that he didn't take a fee. I will be recommending First Rate Mortgages to friends and family and returning myself next time I need to remortgage.

My partner and I got our first house a couple of years ago and used Ian’s company to help guide us on the journey.
